Isabel Bellsolell de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de la Generalitat de Catalunya.\u00a0Van recollir l&#8217;acreditaci\u00f3\u00a0la\u00a0Sra. Assumpci\u00f3 Ros (directora de la Fundaci\u00f3 Santa Susanna),\u00a0la Sra. Anna Ayguassanosa (directora de la Fundac\u00ed\u00f3 Sociosanti\u00e0ria Santa Susanna) i\u00a0el Sr. Sebasti\u00e0 Rubio (responsable del servei de cuina).<\/div>\n<div>Amb aquest reconeixement, ha passat a formar part de la guia Amed que agrupa els m\u00e9s de 600 centres de restauraci\u00f3 que promouen l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 mediterr\u00e0nia com a model d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable al pa\u00eds.<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/fss.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/certificat-amed-scaled.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1050\" src=\"https:\/\/fss.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/certificat-amed-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"710\" height=\"535\" \/><\/a><strong><br \/>\nEl servei de cuina\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3 compta amb servei de cuina pr\u00f2pia des de l&#8217;any 2012. En la seva aposta per\u00a0l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3\u00a0mediterr\u00e0nia<wbr \/>\u00a0en els \u00e0pats diaris, entre altres mesures: es garanteix que un 25% dels primers plats siguin de verdures, hortalisses o llegums, en l&#8217;oferta de segons plats hi ha un 50% de peix o carn magra, en les postres l\u00e0ctiques es disposa de l\u2019opci\u00f3 sense sucres afegits, s&#8217;ofereix algun producte integral en la carta (normalment el pa), s&#8217;ofereix oli d&#8217;oliva verge per amanir les amanides i hortalisses crues, s&#8217;utilitza oli d\u2019oliva o oli de gira-sol alt oleic per a cuinar i fregir, es disposa d&#8217;una \u00e0mplia oferta de fruita fresca en les postres i s&#8217;ofereix aigua potable no envasada de forma sistem\u00e0tica i gratu\u00efta.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"m_7062381844682305550gmail-m_2664936579794143383gmail-m_-5006470852503709192gmail-m_6546575545914302541gmail_signature\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La Fundaci\u00f3 continuar\u00e0 oferint un men\u00fa saludable per\u00a0atendre millor les necessitats d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada de les persones grans que utilitzen el servei di\u00e0riament a a les instal\u00b7lacions (usuaris, familiars i treballadors) o al seu domicili (usuaris del servei de menjar per emportar o a domicili).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fundaci\u00f3 Santa Susanna ha rebut l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3\u00a0Amed\u00a0per ser un establiment promotor de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3\u00a0mediterr\u00e0nia\u00a0de mans de la\u00a0Sra.
